About

I have been painting ever since I can remember. I have always been inspired by the delicate intricacies that make up the magical patterns of nature. I love to garden and I gather inspiration from the flowers, fern, fauna, butterflies, insects, patterns and colors; they all play a special role in my work.

I have been featured in such publications as Modern Bride, Seventeen Magazine, Traditional Home, Redbook Magazine, Child Magazine, House Beautiful, Country Home, Home and Garden Nantucket, Yesterday's Island, Well Wed, and Victoria Magazine.

My unique style of Folk Art has been exhibited in a solo window exhibition at The Museum Of American Folk Art in New York City in both the Lincoln Center and Rockefeller Center locations.

In addition to painting canvases , pottery and one-of-a-kind gifts, I have designed cards and stationery for Caspari Cards and C.R.Gibson as well as product design for Crabtree and Evelyn and Gianna Rose. I have recently designed a line of washi tape and a children's tabletop collection for Aimez Le style based in Tokyo, Japan. My Lightship Basket supplies that I paint are in the New England Basket Making Association in Kyoto Japan, as well as Gray Mist Studio in Cambridge, Ma.

Both of my Sons live in NYC. Marty works as a Musician and Paul is an Artist. They both are my greatest masterpieces. Everything else is icing on the cake.
